The Evolution of a Laboratory Dedicated to Construction, Civil Engineering, and the Environment

The laboratory was founded in 2008 to meet the growing demand for testing from contractors, municipal administrations, and public authorities in the fields of Construction and Civil Engineering.

Now, we offer an ever-expanding range of controls and analyses in the civil engineering, construction, and environmental sectors.

 

Expertise and Rigor: An Accredited Laboratory Following ISO 17025 Standard

Supported by a team of technicians specialized in civil engineering and environmental fields, the laboratory obtained its BELAC accreditation in 2010 (NBN EN ISO IEC 17025).

This accreditation is a mark of the quality of our expertise in the following areas: sample collection, site testing, aggregate, concrete, hydrocarbons, soil, leaching waste status exit, QUALIROUTES tests, and more.

Rigor in applying our procedures, flexibility in interventions, and respect for our commitments are the values we uphold daily in the tasks entrusted to us!

 

A Key Player in the Circular Economy

Through our actions, we actively contribute to the valorization of products derived from construction waste in the context of resource circularity.

We ensure the quality/environmental control of these waste/resource recovery processes.

 

The Walloon Reference in the Analysis of Recycled Aggregates

Thanks to our partnership with the ASBL FEREDECO, the federation of construction waste recyclers in Wallonia, we have extensive experience in the analysis of recycled aggregates and their CE marking.

Geo-Topics and iTER Solutions join forces to offer a more comprehensive service.

At the end of 2024, the activities of the Geo-Topics laboratory were integrated with those of the iTER Solutions laboratory at our Fernelmont site.

The merger of our two organizations marks a new stage in our development, combining our know-how and complementary expertise.

It enables us to broaden the range of services offered to our clients while strengthening the overall level of competence and technical expertise of our laboratory.
